Can I communicate with a real person?
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship your order. Your mailing address is the one where you get your credit card bills. Your shipping address is the one that is serviceable by the post office. If this address is the same, you don't need to enter it twice.
Can you get the herbs to me OVERNIGHT?
Yes, if you live in a city that has U. S. Mail overnight service available. Rural locations may require two days for overnight. Please keep in mind when you select OVERNIGHT (USPS Express Mail option) that we ship on Mondays through Fridays and your order must be placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Overnight mail orders are shipped the same day when placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday. Your signature will be waived unless you tell us you want to sign for your package.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
OHCO has a variety of security measures that maintain the safety of your personal information. The secured networks and database are only accessible by a limited number of persons who are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your stored information, a secure server is used. All sensitive credit information you supply is transmitted by way of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You will know this because your browser will say "https" instead of http. The "s" indicates a secure connection.
Will you give out my information to other companies?
Can I get the OHCO herbs if I'm out of The States?
Customs have become unpredictable and we are no longer able to ship international orders. OHCO will continue to research ways to provide the formulas outside the U.S. but in the meantime we are sorry for this inconvenience.
What about returns, damaged or lost shipments?
Please contact us directly if you are dissatisfied with a product. We can issue a refund if your purchase was made within 30 days of your call, substitute a different formula or perhaps provide insight about how to be more successful with a formula. All packages are trackable through the U.S.P.S and OHCO will replace lost or damaged product immediately.
Do we use "cookies"?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Mozilla, Firefox or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.
