OHCO-Flow Customer Feedback

I've suffered from migraines for a good part of my life, mainly hormonally related. Some days all I could do was lay in bed and try not to move, with severe head and neck pain plus nausea. I tried chiropractic, dietary changes and standard medical approaches, but none worked very well. At best they treated the symptoms after the migraine appeared. Then I tried OHCO-Flow. What a difference! I have gone from knowing I was going to have 4-5 severe headaches a month to having 1 or 2 minor ones. I still maintain a good diet, but OHCO-Flow seems to have balanced my system. I have my life back -- no matter what time of the month it is! Thank you, OHCO. - Annette S in Aspen Park CO

OHCO-Motion & OHCO-Flow can help you achieve your exercise goals

New Year's resolutions

Since OHCO is still gearing up for the Chinese New Year on February 14, opportunities continue to present themselves for setting goals. There are two formulas that will help your "get up and go." OHCO-Motion (like locomotion) and its companion product OHCO-Flow for the upper body are designed to move stagnant energy. As my clever brother likes to say, "they makes your joints rock and roll."

They sure do help me before Jazzercise or a strenuous mountain hike. I like to take them before an activity because, if my energy is flowing well, a dose of one of these formulas will keep the exercise from creating stiffness and soreness. Chinese medicine is good at maintaining movement. If you wait for it to break down, it will take more herbs to get the movement back.

You've probably seen this with other OHCO formulas. For example, with Cold Snap, if you catch that unwanted guest early, it only takes a few doses to restore. Like OHCO-Motion and OHCO-Flow, Cold Snap is effective in the later stages but often requires more frequent doses. Look at it this way. After a hike, adding more weight to your workout, or trying a new activity, you'll need more doses of Motion and/or Flow to open up the energy.

These are two formulas that you can mix. If you need a boost in both your knees and shoulders for example, you might take one Motion and one Flow. For your leg workout, stick with Motion. And if you have trouble moving energy though your neck and shoulder area, it's the Flow.
