Cold Snap Customer Feedback

Our family has taken Cold Snap for years. Whenever any of us feel the beginning of a sore throat or congestion, we immediately take a spoonful of Cold Snap in hot water. If symptoms persist, we take it as often as possible the first day.

How long could one take Cold Snap?

Q:

Name: Jennifer
Location: Franktown, United States

I am taking Cold Snap (started four days ago) and was able to avoid my daughter's recent illness. I have a long term viral infection (fatigue, immune suppression) and have felt better these past few days. My question is, for a long standing health issue, how long could one take Cold Snap?

A:

The formulas all have two sets of directions (Basic Way and Another Way) printed on the label. Cold Snap can be taken as a maintenance formula indefinitely following the Basic Way directions (two caps three times a day) for some period of time (weeks, months, etc). That should provide deep level lasting changes. If a sudden onset problem (like a sick kid in the house) comes along, you may have to switch to the Another Way (as needed) method.
