The line of OHCO products were all originally mixed as custom formulas for one, then several, then many of the patients of Donn Hayes. Soon, they began requesting these formulas be made available to their friends and family. Hannah Hayes responded by bringing these wonderful formulas into the retail setting and OHCO was born! OHCO has grown largely through word of mouth. The formulas engender customer loyalty. It's heart-warming how much growth has come from customer referrals. This style of marketing has worked well for OHCO and those who love the products. The company is always very receptive to feedback. If you have had a positive experience with an OHCO formula, we will appreciate your help in spreading the word. OHCO is steadily growing beyond its strong base of support in Colorado and has developed a retail network of over 900 stores nationwide. We are in twenty-one distributor warehouses. An on-line store is provided for those who cannot find the products locally. OHCO is affiliated with the Natural Products Association, the American Herbal Products Association, and the Herb Research Foundation. When you call OHCO you will probably speak directly with Hannah or Joshua. We strive to give the best in customer service with a personal touch. Jeremiah has served OHCO well over the past ten years handling shipping, receiving, and everything else. Janet works with pharmacies as an outside sales representative. Together we all aim to provide fast, friendly, and complete service to the customer. |
